20-Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Guided by the experienced and insightful Gioconda Parker, this immersive training will take you beyond the surface of Yin and into the art of holding space—both for yourself and for others.

Throughout this weekend experience, you’ll explore:

• The energetic body, meridians, and the subtle layers of the practice

• Intelligent sequencing and class structuring

• The skill of teaching with presence, clarity, and intention

Sunday evening will close with a special Summer Solstice inspired Yin class and sound bath, an intentional space to pause, reflect, and honor the halfway point of the year. Through slow, grounding postures and immersive sound, we’ll connect to the energy of the solstice, celebrating light, growth, and expansion while creating space for balance, renewal, and realignment for the months ahead.
